All products purchased in the SIA SPARKS A (darbgaldi.lv) online store have a manufacturer's warranty.
The manufacturer's warranty period varies for different products.
Information about the manufacturer's warranty period for the selected product can be found in the product description or by contacting a SIA SPARKS A representative.
If the manufacturer's warranty period for the product is shorter than 2 years, within the framework of the statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to file a claim for non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract within 24 months from the date of purchase. The right to file a claim is valid if the product was used only for its intended purpose.
Legal entities that are not consumers are provided with only the manufacturer's warranty.
Important! The manufacturer's warranty conditions are valid if the buyer can present a document confirming the purchase (receipt, delivery note).
The warranty is valid if the Buyer follows the operating instructions of the Product and uses the Product in accordance with its technical specifications.

Return of Goods

The Product must be packed in its original packaging and made sure that it is complete. The product will be accepted only if it is new, unused, without visual and technical damage.

In case the product was paid for in cash, attach the cashier's receipt (original) to the shipment. Keep a copy of the receipt for yourself. If the purchase was made by bank transfer - attach a copy of the delivery note.
To avoid damaging the original packaging, pack small-sized products in a transport box. Pack large-sized products in such a way that the courier service does not damage them during transportation. Send the package to the address: Krustpils iela 17, Riga, LV-1073, recipient SIA SPARKS A.

In what cases can the product be returned

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the moment of receipt. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received from the seller - in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must be new and unused. The product packaging may be open and the buyer may try the product to the extent necessary to understand whether the product meets the buyer's wishes, but no more than the product could be tried on in retail stores.

If upon receiving the product you are not sure whether it meets your wishes, please do not perform any manipulations that could reduce the value of the product when checking it.

The buyer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases: - if the returned product is damaged or not returned in full;
- if the buyer has opened the product packaging, as a result of which it has lost its meaning, properties or quality;
- if the product is used in a way that does not comply with the technical specifications, the consumer loses the warranty applicable to the product;
- if the product is manufactured according to the customer's instructions, including an individual order.
In the event that the returned product is found to have defects or damage, SPARKS A SIA reserves the right not to pay the full amount for the returned product.

When returning the product within 14 days, the online store darbgaldi.lv does not pay for the transport costs for delivering the product to the SPARKS A SIA office.

In the event that the purchased product turns out to be defective or does not comply with the promised - its properties differ significantly from those described on the darbgaldi.lv website, you have the right to return the product or request its exchange.

In such cases, please contact the darbgaldi.lv store immediately and inform us about the non-conformity / defect by e-mail. In case the product is returned, the darbgaldi.lv store will refund the money paid to you within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please submit a complaint about the service electronically by sending it to the e-mail address info@darbgaldi.lv or in writing by sending it to the address Krustpils iela 17, Riga, LV-1073. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with the response sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.

If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree with the finding of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options specified in the regulatory enactments by submitting a written application to the service provider for out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating:

- Name, surname, contact information;
- Date of submission of the application;
- Nature of the dispute, claims and their justification.
